MEC IT Services ("MEC," "we," or "us") explains here how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us through it. This policy covers website visitors and inquiries. Information handled while providing managed IT services to clients is also governed by the applicable client agreements.

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company, service selection, and message you provide. We also receive information you share in follow-up communications. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive client records through the contact form.
Our hosting and security services process technical information associated with visits, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and request timing. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. This processes IP addresses and browser and connection signals, including information about the website where the check takes place.
Pricing estimates
If you use the pricing calculator, we process your business counts and selected requirements to calculate a planning range. The calculator does not require your name or email, send an inquiry, or save your selections in a separate database. Our hosting provider processes requests and associated technical information as described in this policy.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss requested services, and communicate with you about your inquiry. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against spam and abuse.
We use website inquiries to respond to you, not to add you to marketing email lists.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the contact form's security check. Cloudflare also processes security signals to improve its bot detection capabilities. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Resend delivers contact-form messages to MEC's email inbox. The contact details and message you submit pass through Resend and our email services to reach us. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud. Our existing commitment not to sell, rent, or lease email addresses to third parties continues to apply.
Cookies and tracking
The new website's own code does not set advertising cookies, include advertising pixels, or use browser storage for marketing. Hosting and security services process technical information to deliver and protect the website; Cloudflare's policies explain its use of cookies and similar technologies.
We do not use visitor analytics, advertising, or retargeting tools on this website.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking scripts or security features may prevent the contact form from working; you can instead email or call us.
Retention
We keep website inquiries and related emails indefinitely as business correspondence, unless they are deleted, including in response to an applicable privacy request. We do not have a routine automatic deletion period for these records.
Contact-form messages are delivered by email. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database, but messages and associated records can remain with email providers, delivery services, and backups according to their settings and retention practices.
Your choices and privacy requests
